Payment Terms
Net 30 Terms
Approved credit accounts are eligible for Net 30 payment terms. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. All accounts are subject to credit approval.
Credit Application Required
Orders over $250 require a completed credit application for Net 30 terms. This is our auto-release threshold for new accounts.

Early Payment Benefit
Freight & Shipping Deduction
Freight and shipping charges can be deducted from any invoices paid within 30 days of the invoice date. This incentive rewards prompt payment and helps reduce your overall costs.
Terms & Conditions
Credit Approval
All credit applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or modify credit limits based on credit history and trade references. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
Late Payment
Accounts past due may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the unpaid balance. Credit privileges may be suspended on delinquent accounts until the balance is paid in full.
Credit Information
By submitting a credit application, you authorize Midwest Industrial Supply & Surplus to obtain credit and/or financial information from banks, financial institutions, or commercial firms with which you have conducted business. All information will be kept confidential.
Collection
In the event collection action is required, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection agency fees, and court costs incurred.
Distributor Accounts Only
Credit applications are accepted from qualified distributors only. OEM and end-user applications will not be processed for credit terms.
Sales Tax
All orders are subject to applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt documentation is provided on file.
